In 2006, we established Club 400 —The Order of Active Living to inspire people of all ages in Annapolis County to become more physically active all year round. Club 400 celebrates physical activity of all kinds in many different ways, and is part of the Annapolis County Active Living Strategy. Membership in Club 400 is absolutely free, and open to residents of all ages!

Club 400 Rewards

Club 400 is an incentive program that rewards Annapolis County residents for getting physically active. Many Club 400 members are still using their Log Books to record their daily activities. Now you can keep track of your activities online through Club400.ca.

How Does Club 400 Rewards Work?

1. SIGN UP:

Register to create your Club 400 Member profile and join our online community.

2. GET IN MOTION:

Get moving and have fun! This site is full of information on activities and events that can help you move more. There are lots of new and different recreation and physical activity opportunities to explore. Also check out our many parks, trails and open spaces. Exploring these natural treasures of ours makes it easy to enjoy being active in Annapolis County.

3. RECORD:

Use "My Activity Log" to record the number of minutes you spend doing any kind of physical activity. Count anything and everything you do that gets you physically active for at least 10 minutes at a time. Walking, gardening, swimming, cycling, stacking firewood, it all counts!

4. EARN REWARDS:

As your total minutes add up, they will be converted to total hours and you will reach Milestones at 25, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, and 400 hours of physical activity. Trophies for each Milestone will be posted to your profile for your friends & family to see. Your name may also be entered in our random prize draws for Club 400 merchandise, free passes to local recreation facilities, sports & recreation equipment, and more!

5. MAKE CONNECTIONS AND CHALLENGE YOUR FRIENDS & FAMILY

Making connections with other Club 400 Members will allow you to share your profile information with each other. Challenge your friends & family to keep up the physical activity habit.

You have one year from the day you register to accumulate as many hours of physical activity as you can. The bare minimum amount of physical activity required to stay healthy is 30 minutes of moderate-intensity activity every day. Achieving the minimum would earn you 182.5 hours per year. To reach 400, you'd have to be physically active at least 8 hours a week. That would be like going for a walk for 30 minutes in the morning or at lunch, then walking for another 30 minutes in the evening-and doing that every day. Set your own goals and strive to do better each time.
